The new intelligent head selection function is created to suits for embroidery on table cloth, big motifs , big frame of artwork , and other design that needs big embroidery area and multi head working .
Our computer control supports automatic head selection from 1 head to 120 heads, unlimited automatic selection. For example, the machine is 44 heads with area of 162.5mm, then our machine can automatically enlarge the embroidery area until 44* 162.5mm that is 7.15meter embroidery design without interrupting by operator, all are automatic controlled from our system.
This function greatly improved the efficiency of multi heads that does enormous areas of artwork or high quality lining or table cloth etc. | | |
